User Agreement

Please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully before registering, logging in, or starting to use our services. By accessing, registering, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you disagree with any term of this Agreement, we recommend that you immediately cease using our services. If you notice any unusual login or account activity, or have reason to suspect that your account information has been compromised, you must notify us immediately. We will assist you in taking the necessary steps to ensure the security of your account and prevent further damage.

4. User Code of Conduct

When using Yoha Lite services, you commit to abide by the following Code of Conduct to ensure a healthy and harmonious platform environment:

Comply with laws and regulations: You may not post or disseminate any content that violates laws and regulations, including but not limited to content that is violent, pornographic, malicious, or hateful. We firmly support a legal and compliant online environment, and any violations will be dealt with strictly. Respect the Rights of Others: When interacting with other users, you should demonstrate basic respect and courtesy. Do not harass, insult, defame, threaten, or infringe upon the privacy and legal rights of others. All users should interact and communicate on an equal footing and with respect.

No Abuse of Service: You may not use the Yoha Lite platform to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or destructive activities, such as spreading spam, malware, or cyberattacks. These activities not only undermine the normal operation of the platform but may also have a serious impact on other users.

Respect Intellectual Property: When posting content on the platform, please ensure that you own the relevant copyright or have authorization. Infringement of the intellectual property rights of others, such as copyrights and trademarks, is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of others' works or ideas will result in legal consequences.

To ensure service stability and security, we may conduct scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance, which may result in temporary service unavailability. If service is suspended due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions, we will strive to minimize the impact and restore service as quickly as possible. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account or ceasing to use our services. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law or regulation. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the services if: you violate the terms of this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations; your actions harm other users or our services; or we are required to terminate the services in accordance with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account and related content, but we may retain certain necessary user information as required by law or continue to store your data for purposes such as dispute resolution.

You are solely responsible for all content posted on the Yoha Lite app, including its accuracy, completeness, and legality. We make no guarantees or assume any responsibility for the quality, authenticity, or legality of user-generated content. You are solely responsible for all interactions and actions you take on the platform. We assume no responsibility for the conduct of other users, such as harassment, fraud, or defamation. While we provide reporting and blocking features to help you manage interactions, the ultimate risk and responsibility rests with you. On the Yoha Lite platform, you may encounter content, links, or services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of these external resources. Therefore, you must independently assess the reliability and risks of accessing or using such third-party content. You are solely responsible for any transactions or interactions with third parties. We are not responsible for any losses, disputes, or other negative consequences arising therefrom.

In the event of force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, or government actions, we cannot guarantee the continued operation of the service and are not responsible for any losses or service interruptions resulting therefrom. You agree that we are not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions resulting from these unforeseen events. Similarly, if service anomalies are caused by technical or unforeseen events such as power failures, network problems, or hardware damage, we will do our best to minimize the impact, but we assume no liability for any resulting anomalies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for any losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or special, arising from: unauthorized access, modification, or deletion of data in your account; your actions or omissions in using our services (such as breach of this Agreement or improper use of the platform); or any actions of third parties, including other users and service providers.
